This package is ideal if you feel stuck or struggle with a specific challenge and want to move forward in your own way and at your own pace. This introduction package provides a taste of what coaching can do for you but also gives you an opportunity to start working on your own personal development, your own project or business and overcome any challenges:

This package includes:

1 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching session
1 x 30-minute follow-up session after 2 weeks
Email support in between sessions whenever you have any questions, successes or breakthroughs to share, need support etc.
